Project Update - July 2017

The contractor has completed removal of the existing crosswalks and sidewalk corners on stage 1 of this year’s Crosswalk Rehabilitation Project.  New curbs, sidewalks and pavers are being installed and stage 1 should be complete within 2 weeks.  Temporary detours and closures will remain in place for approximately 5 weeks to complete both stages of construction.

Beginning Wednesday, July 5, 2017:

  • Berkenshire Ln will be closed to all traffic at the Wellington Ave intersection.
  • Cosman Rd will be closed to northbound traffic at the Chelmsford Ln intersection.

A project update will be provided once Berkenshire Ln & Cosman Rd are reopened to all traffic. Detour routes will be posted throughout the area and are pictured below.
